A few days before. I'm looking for information on the MetalEarth 3D Metal Model - Black Pearl Pirate Ship, so i have to tell.
I bought 3 of these templates from a million books and put them all together in a few hours. I enjoyed putting them together and it would have been better if it had the correct tools to start. I used a butter knife, needle, coins and a pen (not the best Setup, but I ran). the pen did come handy when you fold the sails to get the correct form. I put together the Black Pearl, Eiffel Tower and Corsair. take your time, use the correct tools and relax. pieces are very thin and very easy to fold so take your time and pace yourself.
The Metal Earth models are amazingly detailed etched models that are fun and satisfying to assemble. Each model starts out as 4 inch square metal sheets and you simply pop out the pieces and follow the included directions to assemble your model. No solder or glue needed.
