The previous week. I search for information on the Revell 1:96 USS Constitution, so i have to tell.
This is a scale model 1/96 all-plastic of the USS Constitution, the oldest commissioned warship afloat-still anchored in Boston harbor as of this writing. It is almost certainly the best mass-market kits available, or any American for that matter frigate. It's a kit of older design that is still produced by Revell, and when completed correctly is huge (over 3 ' long) and incredibly detailed. However, according to the directions is not a trivial task. technically it's a kit of 3 level of skill, but that is because Revell only has 3 skill levels. calling this a 3 level is a bit like saying to reach the Summit of Mount Everest is a difficult hike. I would say that if they were to be perfectly honest, it's more like a 5 or 6 on a scale of 3 than most other kits Revell 3 level I've seen. you need the following to complete this fashion recommended exposure nothing comes close in: 1. patent leather (deck light brown, Brown, copper, flat black, flat white, silver, gold and red/blue/meat for the stickers, if desired). the first five are used in substantial amount-you'll probably want to use spray paint or airbrush, if possible, although it also works hand-brushing (I did it this way). 2. weathering paint or materials. I used Tamiya weathering Master, but you can mix your own. 3. tons of plastic cement, more Cyanoacrylate (aka. CA, ' instant cement ' or ' super glue '). 4. a cake of beeswax (it should not be much). 5. small scissors, fine-tip (eg.. those used for cosmetic or tailoring) and large regular scissors. 6. a pin vise (essentially a very fine drill). 7. beading needles (I used needles eye folding Beadalon) 8. fine-tip tweezers-2 pairs would be ideal, one straight and one bent. 9.
